Is your product returnable?
Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not accept returns on any products. If you should need help figuring out how to measure for shutters, don't understand the difference between products, or just have questions before making a purchase, please contact us @ sales@shuttermarket.com! Can I order individual shutters?
We only sell shutters in pairs.
How are your Vinyl Shutters made?
The parts for our custom Vinyl Shutters are a combination of injection-molded and extruded. The shutters are made with a multi-piece construction, using electrostatically welding and stapling. This process allows for the largest selection of Exterior Decorative Shutters to be made!
What is the lead time on Vinyl Shutters?
We attempt to ship orders as soon as possible. Louver, Raised Panel, Classic Panel, and Board-n-Batten Shutters usually ship in 1-3 Weeks. Framed Board-n-Batten and Country Style Shutters take a little bit more production time and usually ship in 3-5 Weeks.
What is the lead time on Shutter Accessories & Hardware?
We attempt to ship orders as soon as possible. Shutter Accessories & Hardware products usually ship in 3-5 business days.
Can I order color samples?
Shutter samples can be ordered through the website, free of charge. Please visit product page: Sample Color Chips
What is your Warranty?
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty - Full Product Replacement with all of our Vinyl Shutters.
Do the Vinyl Shutters have a wood grain finish?
All of the custom Vinyl Shutters have an authenic wood grain texture.
Can I custom paint the Vinyl Shutters?
We offer a paintable version of all our products, all you need to do is order color #049 – Paintable. Our color-through products are not able to be painted.
Can I order Two-Tone Color Shutters?
All styles of Vinyl Shutters are available in either Solid Colors or Two-Tone Color Options. Two-Tone Color Shutters are available for just $10/pair. When ordering, you will be asked which type of color options you would like. If choosing Two-Tone Colors, you will need to select a frame color and inside color for Louver, Raised Panel, Classic Panel, Framed Board-n-Batten, and Country Style. For Board-n-Batten Shutters, you will need to select a color for the vertical board and the horizontal cross bars.
What is the depth of your shutters?
Louver, Raised Panel, Classic Panel, and Framed Board-n-Batten Shutters come in 1" depth. Board-n-Batten Shutters come in 1.5" depth. Country Style Shutters come in 2" depth with a 3-dimensional design.
Are the Vinyl Shutters operable?
Our Vinyl Shutters are decorative and are not operable. All Vinyl Shutters must be fixed-mounted.
